We received email from people who tried this and didn't like it. Next time you make it, you can fix it so you like it better. If it's not too sweet, add more honey or sugar. If it's too runny add more flour. If it's too hard to roll, add more wet stuff.)

Chocolate Mousse
Ingredients
4 beaten eggs yolks
3 oz. grated sweet chocolate
1/4 cup sugar
2 cups milk
3/4 cup whipping cream
1 tsp. vanilla
Scald milk, chocolate and sugar over low heat. Keep stirring and
watching so it doesn't boil. Separate your eggs (we forgot this
part) and just put the egg yolks in a bowl and beat them. Spoon
out some of the hot chocolate mixture and stir it into the eggs.
Then pour the egg/ chocolate mixture back into the pot and stir
over low heat till it begins to thicken. Right away put the pot
in a bowl of cool water so it doesn't overcook, then put it in the
refrigerator so it cools completely. Meanwhile beat the whipping
cream. When it is the right consistency add the vanilla. (You can
set some cream aside to decorate with) Then fold the cooled custard
into the whipped cream. Fill custard bowls and decorate. Chill for
a few more hours or overnight.
(coming soon, very soon) cheese.
